This was my first Upwork hire and I lucked out with Gudnow. Michael was great to work with, communicative, flexible and had a go-getter attitude—which is why I hired him—he's efficient and proactive. I needed someone to assist with an AdWords strategy and build out multiple campaigns and he demonstrated both the ability to come up with a strategy and execute—he was like my right-hand man throughout the whole process, even on aspects of the project unrelated to AdWords, like feedback on logos or website design. Overall, I was very impressed. I enjoyed working with Michael and will definitely hire him again for future projects.
